Residence at Ocean Two

We remodeled this 3 bedroom condo unit at the Ocean Two condominium in Sunny Isles Beach.

All existing flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms were completely demolished. The new floor layout opened the kitchen to the living area.

We installed stone flooring, hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and mosaic tile in the bathrooms. New cabinets, countertop and appliances modernized the kitchen. European bathroom cabinets and fixtures were installed. Faux finishes decorated the walls, while the glossy stretch ceiling material enlarged the living room and reflected to ocean.
