Residence at Turnberry Ocean Colony

We completely remodeled this 3,700 square-foot, 4 bedroom, 6.5 bath condominium residence in Sunny Isles Beach.

The work included demolition and modification of the wall partitions, modification to the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, new bathrooms, flooring, doors, moldings, painting, and custom cabinetry.

Gypsum cornice and wall moldings were installed throughout. Natural stone flooring was used in the main living areas, hallways and kitchen, while hand-made mosaic tile decorated the bathrooms. Hard wood flooring was used in the bedrooms. We installed custom European doors, vanities, and closet cabinets.
